• A maximum of 30 guests (10% of capacity) are allowed in the museum at one time.
• All high-touch surfaces and restrooms are cleaned frequently, exceeding CDC recommendations.
• Voluntary on-line guest log available to support Contact Tracing. (see bottom of page)
• No docent tours are offered at this time.
• Drinking fountains will be closed.

What we need from you to keep everyone safe:

We welcome you to the museum and expect the following:

• Face-coverings are required as mandated by the State Public Health Order. Masks are available for purchase.
• Social distancing of at least 6 feet is required at all times.
• Hand sanitizer is provided. Please refrain from touching surfaces.
• Follow one-way path through museum to limit interaction between parties.
• Please try and keep one party per gallery as you progress through the museum.
• No tours or groups larger than 5 are permitted.

• No in-person events or public programs are being held at this time. Please check out our on-line programming.
• No in-person educational programs are being held at this time.
• No artworks are being accepted at this time.
• Archives are closed to researchers.
• Most staff continue to work and meet remotely to reduce exposure. Please contact staff via email to set up virtual meetings.
• All staff are required daily COVID screenings before being permitted to come to the Harwood.
• Vendors and contractors at the Harwood are expected to follow all COVID-safe practices expected by staff and guests.
• Employees exposed to COVID-19 must be tested immediately and are required to observe at least 14 days of quarantine before being considered for return to the museum.

Thank you for doing your part to reduce the spread of COVID-19, which allows us all to enjoy art and life a little more.
