A group of featured young writers will share their work on stage at the Harwood Museum accompanied by musical guest Jack Boaz. The evening is hosted by Isobel O'Hare and Michael Vigil.arents, family members, teachers, and mentors are invited to attend to support the young writers in our community in what promises to be an inspiring evening in celebration of their writing.
This event is free to the public, doors open at 5:30pm.

Chigozie Obioma was born in Akure, Nigeria and is currently an assistant professor of Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.He is the author of two novels, The Fishermen (2015) and An Orchestra of Minorities (2019) - both of which were finalists for the Man Booker prize.
Tickets are $20 general and $16 for SOMOS and Harwood members. 

Dean will discuss his sculptural work showcased in The Harwood's current exhibition titled: Elemental Resonance.
